A 10% discount is
given if a dog is returned for grooming within eight weeks of its’
previous groom by us.
A 5% discount is
given on the basic grooming price for each day a dog is boarded with us.
This does not include dematting if the dog arrives with its’ coat in poor
condition. This discount must be taken at the conclusion of the boarding
period.
Discounts are
given where the Boarding stay exceeds 30 boarding days; this is a total for
pets from the same family. It could for example be one dog or cat for
30 days, or one dog and one cat for 15 days or one dog and two
cats for 10 days etc. These discount is 5% of the total Boarding cost.
A
special weekend rate is available, except during School and Public Holidays.
This rate applies where the pet arrives Friday and is collected after 1:00
PM but before 5:00 PM on the following Sunday. The rate charged is 2 ½ days
board instead of the normal 3 days.
Payment
Payment
is due at the completion of service prior to the collection of the pet.
Payment
may be by any of the following:-
Cash;
Credit Card/Debit Card (Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa)
Cheque by prior arrangement.
Payment
for boarding customers left at Veterinary Practices must be made to the
Practice when the Pet is left for boarding. Grooming customers left at Veterinary Practices must be paid to the Practice on collection
from the Practice.
Payment
for customers utilizing Airport Undercover Security Parking Services
must be made to that organization prior to collection of the pet.

note with the exception of contracted services to Removal Organizations and
Government Departments we do NOT run Accounts.
