Services Available from Selected Veterinary Practices

Free Pick up and Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from selected Veterinary Practices in the Greater Hobart area. This facility is available for any of Best Friends Services by prior arrangement only.

This service is restricted to:-

 Morning collection & Return

Pets must be delivered to the respective Practice between 8:30 and 9:00 AM for collection by 9:15AM.

 Morning return of Boarders to Veterinary Practices is generally by 8:30AM.

Afternoon/Evening Collection & Return

Pets must be delivered to the respective Practice between 4:45 and 5:15 PM for collection by 5:30 PM.

Afternoon return of Boarders and grooming dogs to Practices is generally by 5:30 PM.

Payment

For convenience Best Friends leaves a copy of the the account with the Veterinary Practice and the owner then pays the Practice as if they had provided the Service.
